Hotmail / MSN account user didn't receive any e-mail from TWNET / TINET:

Because Hotmail / MSN's new function, the system will forward the e-mail from my company's system (Order confirmation, PIN of phone card) to the folder of BULK / JUNK MAIL

Can you check the folder of BULK / JUNK MAIL in your hotmail/MSN account? Then setting up my company e-mail account (service@tinet.co.uk) in un-block list!

In the future, you will not meet the same problem!


School (ac.uk) / sina / hanmail account user didn't receive any e-mail from TWNET / TINET:

TWNET / TINET mail system send the mail to your account, then your School (ac.uk) / sina / hanmail mail system will reject the e-mail and return back to my company! 

Maybe, if you can use another system's e-mail account, then you will not meet the problem again!
